Checking the product health status
The BMC AMI Ops Product Health page displays the live status of the product's components and their subcomponents. It also displays the number of issues (if any) and the action required to resolve them.
To display the Product Health page, click 
at the top right of the navigation panel.
The Product Health icon displays the number of issues (if any).

BMC AMI Ops Analytics Datastore | Displays the current status of different analytics datastores The Analytics Datastores store the BMC AMI Ops Monitor data collected by different analytics agents. This data is used to create charts and graphs in a dashboard. |
BMC AMI Ops Analytics Agent | Displays current status of the analytics agents The Analytics Agents collect BMC AMI Ops Monitor products data. |
The subcomponents that are listed below the components are sorted by the severity of the issue, with the most severe at the top.
The health check page has the following options:
