Checking the product health status
The Product Health page is displayed:
You can click the following options on the top bar or on the tiles to view the current status of the components:

BMC AMI Ops Insight | Displays current status of the following subcomponents of the BMC AMI Ops Insight:

BMC AMI Ops UI Discovery | Displays current status of the BMC AMI Ops UI Discovery server |
BMC AMI Ops UI | Displays current status of the BMC AMI Ops UI Server |
BMC AMI Ops Analytics Datastore | Displays the current status of different analytics datastores The Analytics Datastores store the BMC AMI Ops Monitor data collected by different analytics agents. This data is used to create charts and graphs in a dashboard. |
BMC AMI Ops Analytics Agent | Displays current status of the analytics agents The Analytics Agents collect BMC AMI Ops Monitor products data. |
The subcomponents that are listed below the components are sorted by the severity of the issue, with the most severe at the top.
The health check page has the following options:

Show me only issues | Display the components that have a problem Select Show me only issues check box to display only those components that have a problem. |
Last Seen (GMT) | Displays the latest time and date when the component or subcomponent was last active |
