BMC AMI Ops user interface
Using BMC AMI Ops User Interface, you can:
- Examine the health of your systems, subsystems, and regions
- Access alarm information
- Display view data in tables, detail format, and historical trend analysis through charts
Access BMC AMI Ops Insight to see anomalies in your environment. For more details about BMC AMI Ops Insight, see Overview of BMC AMI Ops Insight.
BMC AMI Ops User Interface is installed as part of the installation of BMC AMI Ops Insight or of BMC AMI Ops Monitor products.
You can access BMC AMI Ops Monitor data by connecting to a BMC AMI Ops service. The BMC AMI Ops service (also known as theHost Server) is a part of the BMC AMI Ops Infrastructure that is used to access BMC AMI Ops monitored environments.
You can access BMC AMI Ops Insight events if you have BMC AMI Ops Insight version 2.0 or later installed.
BMC AMI Ops User Interface looks different depending on which products you have installed. The following table describes the differences:

Knowledge Center bot
BMC.AMIOPS.SPE2304To use the Knowledge Center bot, click on the bottom right of the page. The bot includes Self-help, Search, and Feedback sections.
By default, the Self-help section is displayed, which includes:

- Documentation
- Videos
- Support Central
- Product Support
- Education
- Community
Use the Search option to search any topic in the product documentation and other BMC product information.
Use the Feedback option to provide your feedback.
