NTP
Syntax
The parameters are defined as follows:
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
SYSTEM | (default) specifies SYSTEM, or no parameter, and displays all system-level name/token pairs should be displayed |
asi | Specifies an address space instance. The NTP service displays all address-space level and task-level name/token pairs that are associated with the specified address–space instance. For more information, see Identifying address spaces. |
seq# | Specifies a previously displayed sequence number The NTP service displays detailed information about the previously displayed name/token pair with the specified sequence number. For more information, see the examples that follow this table. |
SORT | Sorts the output by ascending name value |
TOKEN | Displays the token immediately after each name value |
'filter' | Specifies a string to filter the name values associated with a system or address space The filter length is compared with the name values associated with the specified system or address space. For example, specifying 'BMC' lists all name values starting with BMC. Important |
DELETE | Deletes a system-level name/token pair The system issues a confirmation WTOR that you must confirm. The specified level name/token pair is then deleted. Specify DELETE with the sequence number (seq#) of a system-level name/token pair. |
Example 1
To list all the name/token pairs for address space BMVDWP3, enter the address space instance as the first parameter as follows: NTP,BMVDWP3
Example 2
To display all the information, including the contents of the name/token pair identified with the sequence number 3 in the previous example, enter NTP,3
