The BMC AMI Ops Monitor for z/OS product is a system-management application that provides a wide range of services and functions to help you manage the performance of your entire system.

Built upon BMC AMI Ops architecture, OpsM for z/OS employs the window interface to provide easy, intuitive access to all of the system-performance data that you need.

To use OpsM for z/OS to its fullest advantage, you should have a good understanding of some of the key concepts and terms that pertain to all aspects of using the product.
