IRUF collection of IMS elapsed processing timings

BMC AMI Ops Monitor for IMS Offline uses up to nine user-selectable timings to define elapsed processing times in the life of an IMS transaction.

As shown in Transaction-Response-report-example, Performance Reporter response reports can use all nine timings; other types of Performance Reporter reports use only some of the timings.

All timings are available when the response option is requested during BMC AMI Ops Monitor for IMS Offline Log Edit. If the Log Edit response option is not specified, however, only the INPUT Q, ELAPSED, ARIV START, and ARIV STOP timings are available per transaction.

Response-related elapsed timings (RESPONSE, RSP TO DEQ, OUTPUT Q, DEQUEUE, OUT TO DEQ) are captured only for transactions that respond to the originating terminal and are defined as recoverable to IMS.
