Identification

Defines what time interval is being used in the statement to define the response thresholds

• RR expresses intervals in seconds
• RE expresses intervals in 1/100ths of a second
• RV expresses intervals in a mixture of seconds or fractions of seconds by using decimal points, spaces or commas, and variable column lengths

All identification types can be used together, but each one must specify a different transaction category code.

Indicates the transaction category code for which the response thresholds in this statement are to be used

The number of transaction categories is limited by the program's region size.

Response threshold 01 to 11

A response threshold specifies a response group in which transactions will be counted

There are 11 response thresholds. Specify only the number of thresholds to be used, from lowest to highest. There are no defaults.

Each value specified is the upper limit value for the threshold. The first threshold starts at zero. Subsequent thresholds start at a number one more than the limit of the previous threshold.

• For RR, you must specify 5 characters. Use leading zeros if needed. The maximum value is 99999. Specify up to 11 response thresholds.

  For example: RR99900015000250350004500

• For RE, you must specify 5 characters. Use leading zeros if needed. The maximum is 999.99. Specify up to 11 response thresholds.

  For example: RE99900015000250350004500

• For RV, the column position and length restrictions do not exist. The intervals can be from microseconds to seconds expressed by using leading zeros (optional) and decimal points and separating each response threshold value with any number of spaces or commas. The specifications can span multiple lines. Specify up to 11 response thresholds.

  For example: RV999 0.15 .25 35.0 45.0 or RV999 0.15 .25 35 45
