Accessing the JCL Generator
Take the following steps to access the JCL Generator:
- Perform one of the following functions:
- Select option 2, BATCH, from the IMS Solutions menu
Run the CLIST by using the following command:
ex 'hilvl.clib(IOFJCLGN)'
hilvl and clib were defined during installation. clib is either BBCLIB or BMCCLIB.
At the prompt, provide the following information:
A high-level qualifier, which is the same high-level qualifier used with the CLIST to start the JCL Generator
The low-level qualifier, which is BMC or BB to correspond with the CLIST used to start the JCL Generator
At the welcome screen, press Enter.The MVIMS JCL Generator Menu is displayed.
