  1. From EZDB2, hyperlink on Buffer Pools to view a list of all defined pools with allocated space, utilization, and getpage rates.

  5. Hyperlink on Min Res from Pool Advisor to display the Buffer Pools Status Monitor report in the BMC AMI Pool Advisor for Db2 product. This report includes the minimum residency time in the Min Res column.
     This would display the PMDBPM2 report from Pool Advisor which would have Minimum Residency Time under the MIN RES column.

     Warning

     Important

     This hyperlink works only if you are licensed to use the BMC AMI Ops for Db2 solution and have BMC Pool Advisor for Db2 configured and active. Otherwise, the message Product Pool Advisor is inactive is displayed.

     The Min Res from Pool Advisor is only available after applying PTF BPD5317.

  7. Locate current and session ratios for one pool as follows:
     • Hyperlink on Getpg/sec to display a list of current hit ratios per pool is displayed, BFRPLH.

     • Hyperlink on Pool Name to display a list of current and session ratios for one pool is displayed.
