Monitor administration views

The following table lists the views available for monitor administration. These views can be accessed from the easy menu EZDBA.

MONACTV (or AT)

Monitors Active

You can use this view to:

  • Display active monitors
  • Start, modify, replicate, stop, and purge a monitor
  • Display a plot view of the data collected by a monitor
  • Access a monitor request summary
  • Access a monitor warning summary
  • Access the journal log display

This view is allowed only in target mode.

MONSERV (or SM)

Tabular

Start Monitors

You can use this view to:

  • Start, lock, and unlock a monitor
  • Access a dialog to issue SET service requests
  • Access the journal log display

MONSUMM

Tabular

Displays active monitors and provides hyperlinks to display monitors that have a status of completed or invalid, quiesced, or in warning

MONWARN

Tabular

Displays monitors that have a status of in warning
