Requesting CMF report data through REST

(BMC.AMIOPS.SPE2110)You can use a standard REST interface request to return data for the CPC, SYSINFO, and PROCU reports.

Before you begin

Make sure that you have configured the CMF Integration Server to extract BMC AMI Ops Monitor for CMF data. For more information, see To call the REST API (no restart required).

Specify a URL based on the following structure: 

http://<cmfIntegrationHostName>:<cmfIntegrationPortNumber>/gpm/rmfm3.xml?report=<report>&resource=”,<system>,MVS_IMAGE”

The following table describes the variables:

Variable

Description

<cmfIntegrationHostName>

Name of the mainframe host on which the CMF Integration Server is running

<cmfIntegrationPortNumber>

Port number of the CMF Integration Server

<report> 

Type of the report

The following report types are supported:

  • CPC

<system>

Name of the system for which you are requesting the data

CMF Integration server extracts report data for the previous recording interval.
