Workload views

This section describes the BMC AMI Ops Monitor for CICS workload views.

The BMC AMI OpsM for CICS workload views monitor the performance of transactions that match the user-defined criteria in the workload definitions. The data is displayed in COBJ views and Component of Response Time (CORT) views. The CORT views provide all facets of transaction response time data and the views are modeled after the TASK, CHIST, and CHINT view families. You can access the enhanced CORT views through the original workload-related views CFLOW, CFLOWS, CWOVER and CWOVERS.

You can easily access all of the workload views from the Workloads Easy Menu (EZCSWKLDS).

Description

CWKLDDEF

This tabular view displays information about current workload definitions. See CWKLDDEF-view.

COBJ

This interval view displays the response-time or elapsed-time performance of workload transactions during the current interval. See COBJ-view.

CFLOW

This interval view displays the percentage of average response time that workload transactions spent in some form of delay during the current interval. See Components-of-response-time-CORT-views.

CWOVER

This interval view displays the average response time, average suspend time, and the percentage contribution of various forms of delay of a transaction average suspend time. See Components-of-response-time-CORT-views.

CORTD

This is a detail view that displays information about the workload interval and session overview. See Components-of-response-time-CORT-views.

CORTI*

These interval views display the average response time for tasks and the suspend time breakdown for the interval. See Components-of-response-time-CORT-views.

CORTS*
