Changes to views in version 7.1
The following table lists all of the views that have been modified in this release. You should review this table to determine:
- If you have customized any of these views in an earlier release and if so, recustomize the views in the new release.
- If you are going to use SPATCICS=APPLID (for more information, see Option-to-use-the-CICS-APPLID-as-MainView-service-point-identifier), you must refresh any views from this list that you customized to ensure that the views function properly.
- If you have created customized views with names that might conflict with any of the new views and if so, rename your customized views.
- If you have defined alarms for any of these views and if so, assess if you need to modify the alarms for the new release.
- If you also have the MainView AutoOPERATOR product and have EXECs that use either IMFEXEC MV or IMFEXEC MVX commands with any of these views, assess if you need to modify the EXECs for the new release.
