CMRDETL view

Task performance detail history file definitions are created and updated with the CMRDETL view and its associated dialogs.

This tabular view runs with the context set to the SSID of the BBI-SS PAS where the definitions are stored (in member CMRDTL00 of the BBIPARM data set). The view displays the definitions that are available on a BBI-SS PAS when a target CICS region or a CTG address space becomes active.

To display task performance history file definitions, set the context to the BBI-SS PAS SSID and perform one of the following actions:

  • Hyperlink from the Txn History File Defs. field on the EZCSHIST or EZCSADMN view.
  • Issue the CMRDETL command.

The CMRDETL view is displayed.

Usage notes

  • For information about how to use CMRDETL and its associated dialogs to create task performance history file definitions, see Using CMRDETL data sets in the Customizing-after-installation.
  • Any changes that are made to member CMRDTL00 take effect the next time data collection is restarted.
  • Beginning with BMC AMI Ops Monitor for CICS version 6.2, CMRDETL and its associated dialogs can also be used to define CICS Transaction Gateway history data set definitions. For more information, see Monitoring-the-CICS-Transaction-Gateway.
