How selection criteria is applied
While the CHISTORY dialog enables you to perform quick searches, you can also create complex ones searches. The hypothetical search shown in the following figure shows how complex searches are resolved.

Using this criteria, a record is selected when the record meets all of the following conditions:
- It executed transaction AAAA OR BBBB OR CCCC
- It executed program DDDDDDDD OR EEEEEEEE OR FFFFFFFF
- It was executed from terminal GGGG OR HHHH OR IIII
- It used resource JJJJJJJJ OR KKKKKKKK OR LLLLLLLL
- It participated in workload MMMMMMMM OR NNNNNNNN OR OOOOOOOO
- It used resource types DB2 OR IMS OR SAP
- It had a response time between 0.01 seconds and 1.0 seconds
- It used between 0.1 seconds and 1.0 seconds or CPU time
- It made between 1 and 10 file calls
- It used between 1024 and 65535 bytes of storage
It executed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The records are read from the END date/time since the default of Read From of END is used. The record is listed from newest to oldest.
