The BMC AMI Assistant uses generative AI (GenAI) to solve challenging problems, bridge knowledge gaps, and accelerate innovation

Currently, the following options are available for BMC AMI Ops Insight:

  • BMC AMI Assistant (GenAI-powered chat): An AI-powered assistant that enables users to retrieve technical knowledge and assist with routine operational tasks using natural language. It leverages ingested BMC public documentation and BMC SME-contributed tribal knowledge.
To enable and use BMC AMI Assistant in BMC AMI Ops Insight, see Enable BMC AMI Assistant in BMC AMI Ops User Interface documentation.
  • Explain Probable Cause (Powered by BMC AMI Assistant): It explains the probable cause of the selected event classification path in the PCA and the next steps.
