Configuring the calendar
To add a calendar event
- Click the Administration icon
in the title bar.
- Click Scoring Preferences > Calendar in the menu on the left side.
- Click New Event.
Enter the following details:

Event Dates
Start and end dates of the event
Event start and end dates are required. Selected dates are according to the time zone you selected. For more information, see Setting-your-time-zone.
Event Type
Type of event
- Enhanced Business Day – A day when higher than normal activity is likely
- Holiday – A day when lower than normal activity is likely
- On the Resource & Sensitivity tab, enter the following details, and click Next:

Select one or more resource types Select one or more resources to adjust their sensitivity.
Use the Filter option to search for a specific resource.
Scoring Sensitivity You can adjust the sensitivity levels for the selected day from 1 to 100 percent. A higher model sensitivity detects more potential events; a lower level detects fewer potential events.
The sensitivity level you set here overrides the default sensitivity level. For more details about sensitivity levels, see Setting the global sensitivity level.
- On the Review & Submit tab, review the details, and click Submit.
To edit events
- Click the Administration icon
in the title bar.
- Click Scoring Preferences > Calendar in the menu on the left side.
- Click the pencil icon
on the event you want to edit.
- Edit the fields, and click Save.
To delete events
- Click the Administration icon
in the title bar.
- Click Scoring Preferences > Calendar in the menu on the left side.
- Click
on the event you want to delete.
- When you are prompted, click Continue.
