Viewing footer bar data

The footer bar displays the following information:

  • Scoring status—Displays the real-time or playback scoring status
  • Clock—Displays the time in the selected time zone and GMT time
  • Latest Ingestion—Displays the latest time and date when the data was processed

Displays the current status of Realtime or Playback scoring.

One of the following messages is displayed:

  • Realtime Scoring Active
  • Realtime Scoring Paused - Business Holiday
  • Realtime Scoring Active - Enhanced Business Day
  • Realtime Scoring Error - No new data ingested for 3 intervals.
  • Realtime & Playback Scoring Inactive
  • Playback Active
  • Payback Paused
  • Playback Scoring Error - Matching models not found.
  • Playback Active - End of file reached

Displays the time in the selected time zone and the GMT time

You can minimize the clock to show only the selected time zone by clicking the top right corner of the clock.

Important

BMC AMI Ops Product Health Check page shows only GMT time.


    1. To change the time zone, click image-2023-8-23_14-13-58.png.
    2. Under General Setting, click Time Zone. and select from the following options:
      • Auto-Detected : (GMT -nn:nn)
      • GMT
      • Selected Time Zone

The Latest Ingestion displays the latest time and date at which the data was processed. If the Latest Ingestion option does not reflect any change, it is due to data not getting collected and processed. In this case, one of the following messages is displayed:

Description

Realtime Scoring Error - No new data ingested for more than 3 intervals.

No ingestion is going on and the user is in Realtime streaming mode.

Realtime & Playback Scoring Inactive

The scoring or playback has not started.
