This section describes the process to install Docker container on Linux.

Important

Use this procedure only if you are installing the Docker container for the optional graphing feature on Linux.

Creating individual playback sessions in a Docker container

To install Playback Docker container on Linux

  1. From the BMC Electronic Product Download site (EPD) website, select 

    BMC AMI Ops Insight

     or Linux.

  2. Click Docker Playback Container for BMC AMI Ops Insight Version 2.0.00 link to download the token file.
  3. Select the Docker Playback Container for BMC AMI Ops Insight Version 2.0.00 checkbox and click Download to download the script.

  4. Move the downloaded token and script files to the target folder on your local system.
    Use the following command to run the script file:

    sudo chmod +x playback-container-lpqmb2.0.00.sh

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
