Warm start of a BBI-SS PAS
A warm start reuses control blocks previously obtained in CSA.
Terminal session users that were connected to the BBI-SS PAS remain connected within their current applications. If an application was in refresh mode, it continues to refresh.
A warm start should be used whenever possible. By default, the JCL in BBSAMP member SSJCL specifies START=WARM.
