View Control

As an administrator, you can use the View Control page to present security prompts or general messages during the login process.

A general message might include a welcome greeting, warning, recommendation, or any additional information for the user to be displayed after login.

An example of a security prompt is an Acceptance of terms window that is displayed before you log in.

The following table describes the UI features on the View Control page:

UI feature

Description

Enable Home Welcome Message

Enable the toggle button to display a message to the users on the main BMC AMI Ops Console Management landing page.

Enable Login Security Message

Enable the toggle button to display a message after a user lands on Login Page and before a user logs in to the BMC AMI Ops Console Management product.

Login fields (Login ID and Password) are disabled before the message dialog is displayed.
