The following figure shows an example of the Tools and Stats (EZAOTAS) submenu.
To display a view from the submenu, place the cursor in the column under the view name and press Enter.

Automation Stats | AUTOSTAT | Shows a real-time view of automation in the BBI-SS PAS This data is taken from the information of several Rules Processor panels and collected in this view. Additional values for Rules, Events, EXECs, and the Shared Object Facility are provided on a detail view. |
Current Resource Usage | RESUSE | Shows the current use of various system resources Some of the resource usage numbers shown in this view are as follows:

CPU Usage by TCB | TCBCPU | Shows real-time CPU time usage by each of the TCBs in the BMC AMI Ops Automation PAS since the PAS was last started |
EXEC Manager Stats | EXECMGR | Shows a variety of information about the EXEC Manager component of BMC AMI OpsA including the current settings for MAXNORM and MAXHIGH that control the number of EXECs that can run concurrently as well as the totals for what is currently running or queued to run |
List of All EXECs | ALLEXECs | Shows a list of all available EXECs that could run in this PAS based upon EXECs visible in the fullscreen EXEC Manager application. Statistics and general information is shown for each EXEC including its name and current status. |
Health Metrics | HEALTH | Shows real-time metrics that can be used to gauge the overall health or status of the BMC AMI OpsA PAS The view includes metrics such as:

Time Init Automation | TI | Shows a list of EXEC (CALLX) requests that have been defined. Each request shows its current status along with information about when and how often it will be scheduled. Also shows the status of TIME-initiated Rules that are running in the PAS. For more information, see Requesting-TIME-initiated-EXECs-with-the-TIMEXEC-application. |
Rules Management | varies | Switches to full-screen mode and displays the BMC AMI OpsA Automation Control panel where you can edit Rules and Rule Sets or, launches the EZAORUL menu if the PAS is running with a Rule Registry in FULL or ADMIN mode. |
All Rules in Rule Sets | ALLRULES | Displays a list of all of the Rules in all of the Rule Sets in the target BMC AMI OpsA PAS The Rules are listed in the same order that the BMC AMI OpsA Rules uses to evaluate incoming events for automation. |
Event Candidate List | AOEVENTS | Shows a tabular view that contains same data as the full-screen panel named Rules Processor Event Activity Statistics You can add new Rules from this view by placing the cursor under a message and pressing Enter. The Rule Processor Detail Control panel is displayed where you can create a Rule for the message ID. The windows mode view is presorted to show the most active messages first and shows messages in user-defined colors that denote four thresholds of activity. This view is also capable of showing more of the message without scrolling left and right. |
Shared Object Facility | SHRDOBJ | Shows a tabular view that contains the same data as the full-screen panel named Shared Object Facility This view provides a line command to delete members and a line command to view the contents of an array. |
Failure Data | ARYMGR | Shows data from the selected array that is stored in the Shared Object Facility in BMC AMI OpsA. The array data is arranged in columns and rows to match the array definition. A maximum of 60 columns of data can be displayed and all column data is truncated at a maximum of 40 characters of data. Use the Browse or Edit line command to see the full contents of a truncated data field.
