Additional EZAO windows-mode views

The following list describes additional windows-mode views and submenus that you can access from the EZAO view.

• The Automation Support and Tools and Stats submenus includes links to the following additional views:

  • Automation Statistics (see Viewing-automation-statistics)
  • Current Resource Usage (see Viewing-current-resource-usage
  • CPU Usage by TCB (see Viewing-CPU-usage
  • EXEC Manager Stats (see Viewing-EXEC-manager-statistics
  • Edit/View Rules
  • All Rules in Rule Sets
  • Event Candidate List
  • Shared Object Facility

  These views all show real-time data only. Each time you press Enter, the data that is displayed is refreshed with current information. No historical data is provided for any of these views.

• Administration views include About, PAS Information, Parameter Members, and Dynamic Parm Manager.
• Rules Management view that include dialogs for setting up and administering Registry Rules
• Solutions Setup view that allows you to set up variables and other values for the Email from EXECs, SNMP Traps, and zAware solutions. It also allows you to set up variables for the IMFEXEC MVX Host Server.
• Full-screen Mode displays the full-screen version of the BMC AMI OpsA menu.

• BMC AMI Ops Logger views include links to the Message Log, BMC AMI OpsA Journal, Alert Log, EXEC Message Log, Event Replay Log, and Aux Log.

  When a BMC AMI OpsA Rule has AUX LOG ===> YES specified in the Action Specifications criteria, the event message is written to the Aux Log logspace in BMC AMI Ops Logger when the Rule fires. You can display these event messages in the AUXLOG view.

  The following views require that you set parameters in BBPARM members for the view to contain data:

  • For the ALERT History log view (ALRTLOG), specify ALERTLOG=YES in BBPARM member AAOALS00.
  • For the EXEC Message Log view (EMLOG), specify EMLOG=YES in BBPARM member AAOEXP00.
  • For the Event Replay Log view (REPLAY), specify AOREPLAY=YES in BBPARM member AAOPRM00.
