JECL Reference Guide

BMC ThruPut Manager includes support that allows you to specify certain control statements through JECL. The same support for started tasks is provided through the DD subsystem interface. Additionally, where it is reasonable to do so, control statements are supported inside JCL procedures. This section describes the syntax and coding of JECL for BMC ThruPut Manager.

BMC Compuware ThruPut Manager Automation Edition (AE) is renamed as BMC AMI Ops Automation for Batch ThruPut. The Standard Edition (SE) and Automation Edition Plus (AE+) are not renamed and continue to be available only for existing customers.
