Monitoring batch service
At the heart of these are the same goals, importance, and constraints that permeate the BMC AMI Ops Automation for Batch ThruPut way of thinking and processing your batch. The Batch Service Metric tells you exactly how your batch is doing: currently, recently, and how it’s trending.

This display tells you what Policy is in effect and when it was activated. It shows you the overall Batch Service Metric now, (“Before Target” in this example), 30 minutes ago, (“At Target”), and one, two and three hours ago. It also shows whether your batch service trend is deteriorating, improving or stable.
The “dashboard” display in the figure above shows a consolidated view of the General Services workloads currently managed by BMC AMI Ops Automation for Batch ThruPut The Batch Service column reflects the actual point where jobs are being selected. The display also shows whether the service trend is getting better, is stable, or getting worse, and you can see other views of the workload as a whole or drill down on a specific job.
