Cost by Billing Month quadrant
The Cost by Billing Month quadrant contains a bar chart that displays the actual costs and projected costs for every billing month of the contract. Additionally, a line at the top of the chart represents the budgeted costs for each billing month.

You can hover the mouse over any point or bar on the chart to view the date it occurred.
The toggle dots on the quadrant provide you the ability to toggle between the following chart views:
- Cost by Billing Month
- Aggregated Cost by Billing Month
You can also use Options to change the display of the chart as follows:
- Single period view
- Stacked period view

Hyperlinks to the MLC Monthly Summary Report
Each bar of the chart (whether solid or striped) is a hyperlink to the MLC Monthly Summary Report for that billing month. By clicking the bar,
Cost Management
opens the MLC Monthly Reporting tool and generates the MLC Monthly Summary Report for that billing month.
