Before you begin

Before you set up the BMC AMI Capacity Database Web Services:

  • Make sure that version 2.0.00 ofUniversal Information Exchange component is installed.

  • Close all open files and applications. If the installation program cannot overwrite certain system files, you might have to restart your computer when the installation is complete.
