Working with toolbar options
The Workflow Builder provides the following toolbar options:
For workflows that you own and are not publicly visible, you have an additional Share Workflow option. For more information, see Share Workflow.
The following table describes these options:
Option | Description |

Description | Displays the description of the workflow You can change the description at any time. Click Accept to save the new description. Example:

Notifications | Displays notifications from the nightly process For more information, see Workflow-notifications. Example:

Comments | Displays shared notes between users collaborating on the workflow You can add a comment using the comment field. Example:

Share Workflow | Lists the users with whom you can share the workflow To share a workflow with one or more content creators, select one or more content creators from the available list and click Apply Changes. You can also use the Search field to search for a content creator. Example: |
