Managing workflows in a dashboard


The Dashboard Summary page is an overview of the workflows added to the dashboard. Depending on your user access, you can view various options and perform various actions in the workflow. 

You can click a workflow on the Dashboard Summary page to display the detailed workflow chart.

The following table describes the components of the Dashboard Summary page and the included workflows :

Purpose

Action

To see a workflow alert summary

Click on the alert icon on the top left of the dashboard.

The alert types are as follows:

  • Severe
  • Error
  • Warning
  • No Alerts

To remove a workflow from the dashboard

To view a workflow description

To see an overview of the workflow alert 

Click image2022-6-16_9-57-54.pngto view the Workflow Alert Overview page. This page gives you a bird's eye view of the report views within the workflow along with their alert status.

To save the dashboard chart settings

Click Save Dashboard Chart Settings.   

When you use this option, the changes that you make and save are not visible to other users. 

To reset the workflow chart settings

Click Reset to Workflow Chart Settings.   

When you use this options, the settings are restored to what the workflow owner and collaborators had originally set. It clears the changes that you made.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
