Managing workflows in a dashboard
The following figure illustrates a workflow on a Dashboard Summary page:

You can click a workflow chart on the Dashboard Summary to display the detailed workflow chart.
The following table describes the components of the Dashboard Summary page:
Purpose | Action |

To save the dashboard chart settings | Click When you use this option, the changes that you make and save are not visible to other users. |
To reset the workflow chart settings | Click When you use this options, the settings are restored to what the Content Creator had originally set. It clears the changes that you made. |
