Installing BMC AMI Capacity Database Web Services

This topic describes the requirements and procedures for installing BMC AMI Capacity Database Web Services (formerly BMC CDB) in a Windows environment. 

Important

Only an administrator can install Capacity Database Web Services.

Before you set up the BMC AMI Capacity Database Web Services:

  • Make sure that version 2.2.00 ofUniversal Information Exchange component is installed.

  • Close all open files and applications. If the installation program cannot overwrite certain system files, you might have to restart your computer when the installation is complete.
