Working with toolbar options
The Workflow Builder provides the following toolbar options:
For the workflows, that are not publicly visible, you have an additional Share Workflow option. For more information, see Share Workflow.
The following table describes these options:
Option | Description | Example |

Description | Displays the description of the workflow You can change the description at any time. Click Accept to save the new description. |

Notifications | Displays notifications from the nightly process For more information, see Workflow-notifications. |

Comments | Displays shared notes between users collaborating on the workflow You can add a comment using the comment field. |

Share Workflow | Lists the users with whom you can share the workflow |
