Purpose

Action

Publish one or more dashboards to stakeholders

  1. Select one or more dashboards from the My Dashboards list.
All stakeholders are displayed in the Stakeholders sectionTheimage2022-10-31_15-23-36.pngicon indicates a single user. Theimage2022-10-31_15-24-14.pngicon indicates a group with the number of members in the group next to it.
  2. Select the stakeholders to whom you want to publish the dashboards and click one of the following options:
    • Apply Changes—Changes are saved and the Publish Dashboard pane remains open.
    • OK—Changes are saved and the Publish Dashboard pane closes.
To unpublish a dashboard, clear the check box next to it.

Important

Selecting dashboards shows you which users and groups have those dashboards published to them. When you select more than one dashboard, the product determines the intersection of users and groups that have all the selected dashboards published to them.

For example, Dashboard1 is published to User1 and User2. Dashboard2 is published to User2 and User3. Dashboard3 is not published to anyone.

  • If you select only Dashbaord1, User1 and User2 are selected.
  • If you also select Dashboard2 with Dashboard1, only User2 is selected because Dashboard2 is not published to User1.
  • If you then select Dashboard3 with Dashboards 1 and 2, no user is selected because Dashbaord3 is not published to anyone.
