Workflow notifications


The Notifications option on the toolbar displays the levels of alert messages and the number of Views for that alert level. The levels of alert messages are in the following order:

  • image2021-10-12_14-11-13.pngInformational

When you click the Notifications option, the Workflow Notifications window is displayed. Click image2021-10-12_13-51-8.pngto display the workflow views list. The views are displayed from the highest severity level to the lowest.

If no Severe, Error, or Warning alert messages are in the View, a green check markimage2021-10-12_13-57-19.pngis displayed.

To filter alert levels

In the Workflow Notifications window, you can select the type of alert messages to display.

If you have not selected the type of alert messages that you want to view, the following message is displayed in the Workflow Notifications window:

To show an alert message type, click that alert message button. The Workflow Notification window displays all the alert messages for that severity level. White buttons hide the messages for that severity level and grey buttons display the messages for that severity level.

To hide an alert message type, click that alert message type button again. 

Warning

Important

When you close a workflow, the alert filter options that you selected for that workflow are saved and are restored when you open the workflow again.

If there are no workflow notifications for a workflow, the following message is displayed in the Workflow Notifications window:
