Working with toolbar options

The Workflow Builder provides the following toolbar options:

The following table describes these options.

Option	Description	Example
Attach Alert Rules	Displays a list of alert rules When you create a new workflow, no alert rules are applied to it by default. You can attach one or more rules to your workflow to generate workflow-specific alerts in the Smart Dashboard. The alert rules that you attach are applied to the latest data during the nightly process to generate alerts (if any). Each alert rule works for one category and one metric. Select the alert rules and click Apply Changes. Notes In the earlier version, when a workflow was created all the alert rules were applied to it by default. Any workflow created in the earlier version that you use in the current version carries the same alert rules as applied to it when created.
Description	Displays the description of the workflow You can change the description at any time. Click Accept to save the new description.
Notifications	Displays notifications from the nightly process
Comments	Displays shared notes between users collaborating on the workflow You can add a comment using the comment field.
Share Workflow	Lists the users with whom you can share the workflow Note The Share Workflow option is not available for workflows that are publicly visible. Only the owner of a workflow can share a workflow with other users of the system.
