BMC AMI Capacity Reporting user groups
Access to the functionality of BMC AMI Capacity Reporting tools can vary for each user and is determined by assigning users to BMC AMI Capacity Reporting user groups.
The Windows system administrator is responsible for assigning each user to a specific user group. For more information, see Assigning-users-to-BMC-AMI-Capacity-Reporting-user-groups.
The product functionality available to users depends on the user groups to which they have been assigned.
Users should be assigned to just one of the following BMC AMI Capacity Reporting user groups as described in the following table:
User group | Members can access |

BMC AMI Capacity Reporting Product Administrators | All product functionality including the reporting and administration tools |
BMC AMI Capacity Reporting Content Creators | The reporting tools but cannot access the administration tools |
BMC AMI Capacity Reporting Stakeholders | The dashboards (read-only) published to them by Content Creators or Product Administrators |
