Managing calendar events
Using the calendar option in the Manage Shift Profiles tool, you can keep track of an event on a certain date. Calendar Events are displayed on charts that include the date. The analytics engine also ignores the dates specified.
To add a calendar event
- In the Manage Shift Profiles dialog box, click Calendar.
In the Manage Calendar Events dialog box, enter the event date and description, click Add Calendar Event, and click Accept.
The Manage Shift Profiles tool saves the event in the calendar.
