Managing report views
The Workflow Builder provides several options to modify a report view after you add it to a workflow.
Selecting a report view
The blue border around a report view shows the currently selected view. When you click another view, the filter bar above the view changes.
Modifying a report view
Use the following instructions to modify a report view:
- Click the ellipsis icon on a view:
Use the options in the pop-up menu to modify the report view. Perform the tasks mentioned in the following table as required:

Delete a report view
Click Delete Report View and click Yes on the confirmation dialog box.
Change the parent of a report view
Click Change Report View Parent. In the Change Report View Parent panel, select a new parent.
Reorder a child report view
Click Reorder Child Report Views. In the Reorder Report Views panel, select a report view from the list. Use the up and down arrows to reorder.
Modify description of the report view
Click Description. In the Report View Description panel, edit the description and click Accept.
To make other changes in the report view
Click Modify Report View. In the Modify Report View panel, edit the available options and click Modify Report View.
Changing the data time span
You can change the time span of a chart either from the parent chart or by clicking the Modify Report View.
- To change the time span, click Data Timespan at the bottom of the chart.
The Modify Report View pane opens. - To change the data time span, click Modify Report View.
Adding a child view to a parent view
- To add a child to a parent view, click
on the parent view.
- In the Add Report View pane, the filter option enables the child view to inherit all the common filters selected in the parent view.
- To include the filters from the parent view, check Inherit common filter selections from parent view.
- Click Add Report View.
- In the Add Reporting Category pane, select the reporting category for the child page.
The parent view with the new child view is displayed. The child view also display the data of the selected category filters. Changing the filters in the parent view, does not reflect in the child view because the filter option lets the child view only inherit the parent filters but does not link the two.
