BMC AMI Capacity Reporting system requirements

This section describes the hardware and software requirements for the BMC AMI Capacity Reporting application and database servers.

The following table lists the hardware requirements.

Note

For screen resolutions lower than 1280 x 1024, BMC recommends that you put your web browser into full-screen mode (F11) to fully use the available screen space.

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later
  • Microsoft SQL Server Native Client latest version
  • Internet Information Services (IIS) for your version of Windows, with the following items enabled:

    • IIS 6 Management Compatibility Metabase
    • IIS ASP .NET 4.7
    • IIS Static Content
    • IIS Windows Authentication
    • At least one configured Web Site (usually Default Web Site) must be present in IIS
    • If using HTTPS then a valid server certificate must be installed in IIS
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 or later
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or Oracle Database 12c Release 2
