Getting started

This section introduces the BMC AMI Capacity Reporting product.

BMC AMI Capacity Reporting is an interactive graphing tool for statistical processing of historical data of your mainframe systems. The product processes and displays statistical data collected over an extended period of time. You can use the collected data to create performance analyses and graphs in a variety of formats.

You can use this product in either or both of the following ways:

• Accessing your populated CDB performance data to create ad hoc workflows and dashboards from scratch
• Starting with one of the out-of-the-box workflows, shipped with the product, which contains preselected categories and performance metrics
