You can access all log information by opening the logging tool in your web browser.

To open the logging tool

Perform one of the following tasks:

  • Select Navigate to BMC CDB Services Log Viewer from the BMC AMI Capacity Management start menu.
  • Select Navigate to BMC CDB Workflow Service Log Viewer from the BMC AMI Capacity Management start menu.
