JobManager - Configuring job queues


Use the JobManager to edit queue characteristics and the TimeToLive value. The name of the queue describes the general status of jobs in that queue:

Queue name

Holds jobs that

Pending

Have not yet been started

Working

Are in progress

Completed

Have finished processing

Unsuccessful

Could not be completed

To configure job queues

  1. Click JobManager.
  2. Click one of the following JobManager options:

    Queues

    Edit the path of a particular job queue

    Select one of the job queues and type a new path in the Path text box, then click OK.

    TimeToLive

    Specify the number of days after which a transaction expires if it has not been processed.

    Important

    The job queues are configured on the machine on which the Capacity Database Web Services is installed.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
