Overview of BMC AMI Capacity Database Web Services

This section provides an overview of the BMC AMI Capacity Database Web Services (Capacity Database Web Services).

Capacity Database Web Services contains BMC AMI Capacity Management data to provide a shared data repository that any user, application, or process can access. You access the data by using web services to:

  • Create, modify, and populate data extensions
  • Extract data for:
    • Monitoring
    • Selecting modeling intervals
    • Trending analysis
    • Capacity planning
