Viewing file and system log files

You can view file and system log files on a BMC CDB Services server or a BMC CDB Workflow Service server.

To view log files

  1. Select the Log Files tab.

  2. From the Dates column, select a date and time entry.The log file that you selected is displayed in the right pane, as shown in the following figure.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
