Viewing event messages

You can view event messages on a BMC CDB Services server or a BMC CDB Workflow Service server.

To view event messages

  1. Select the Event Viewer tab.

  2. From the Log Entry Severity column, select a severity level.Messages of that severity level are displayed in the right pane, as shown in the following figure.

  3. To view the events on a device that has an RSS reader, click RSS.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
