BMC Software Consolidated Subsystem (BCSS)
A subsystem that manages APF-authorized functions and performs the processing for intercepted MVS requests. It also manages I/O to the registration data sets (collectively referred to as REGISET). See also authorized-program-facility-APF and registration-data-set.
