JES_Cancel a job

To cancel executing jobs

  • Select the jobs and then click .
  • Select the jobs, right-click, and then select Cancel Job.

To cancel executing jobs with a dump

  • Select the jobs and then click.
  • Select the jobs, right-click, and then select Cancel Job With Dump.

When a cancel action is selected, the Cancel Job Confirmation dialog box appears and prompts for confirmation before issuing the cancel command. Canceled jobs in the JES Explorer view appear with a green font until the job list is refreshed. The status message gives details about the cancel request.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
