Topaz for Total Test Runner Execution

The Topaz for Total Test Runner (TTTRUNNR) runs the program to test on the Mainframe. The Test Runner first loads the program under test, and then automatically sets up all the data stubs, program stubs and stored procedure stubs. It also sets up all of the call parameters to the program. Once these items are completed it executes the program. While the program is running the Test Runner collects program call parameter values for the Program Entry Assertions and when File I/O, DB2 SQL calls or IMS call are made their values are intercepted for the expected values in write assertions. When the program completes it also gathers the output parameter values. The Test Runner then sends all the collected runtime information back to the Topaz for Total Test Client which creates the pass/fail test report with the expected values and the actual values collected by the Test Runner.
