Manage Users

This dialog box allows users to join and unjoin users to/from a container and specify user tags, both of which then appear in the Containers view. The table on the left shows all available users while the table on the right shows only the users joined to a selected container.

To join or unjoin users and add user tags

  1. In the ISPW Containers view, right-click a container and select users.gifManage Users. The Manage Users dialog box appears.
  2. To filter the list of users, in the Find field, enter the first few characters of any column. The table refreshes to show only the users that match the filter.
  3. To join a user to the container, select the user in the left table and click manageuserrightarrow.jpg. To unjoin a user from a container, select the user in the right table and click manageuserleftarrow.jpg.
  4. Optionally, to add, edit, or delete a tag, click the appropriate cell in the Tag column on the right table and enter the text. Tags may be up to four characters long.
  5. Click the OK. The users are joined and unjoined as specified.
