Invoke a Strobe Add Active or Add Queued Request

Users of Strobe who have configured the iStrobe plug-in can submit Strobe Add Active requests and Strobe Add Queued requests from Host Explorer's JES Explorer view. Add Active requests submit a measurement request for an executing job while Add Queued requests submit a measurement request for an active, pending, or completed job.

To invoke a request

In the Host Explorer's JES Explorer view, right-click the job and select Strobe Request. The Submit Strobe Request dialog box appears and allows you to specify information about the request.

Important

Add Active functionality is available for users of Strobe 4.2 or later. Add Queued functionality is available for users of Strobe 4.2.3 or later.
