To filter the ISPW Repository Explorer view

  1. Use the Stream, Application, and Level lists to select the stream, application, and life cycle level to include in the view.
  2. From the Level option list, do one of the following:
      • Select Selected level only to display only components at the selected life cycle level in the view.
      • Select First found in level and above to display the first version found of each component at the selected level and above. In other words, if there are multiple versions in the life cycle, display one version of the component that is the first one found at the selected level and any levels in the path above it.
      • Select All found in level and above to display all components at the selected level and above.
  3. Optionally, use the Name and Type filter controls to further reduce the amount of information displayed by entering the entire component name or a partial type or name suffixed with an asterisk and the entire component type (such as COB, COPY, or JOB).
  4. Click Apply to filter the list.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
